Wally Kempe has been a real estate investor for most of his adult life, building a portfolio that includes an RV park and multiple self-storage facilities. His real estate experience extends across offices, warehouses, apartments, and retail strip centers—demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse property types and market cycles.

Before focusing full-time on real estate, Wally achieved remarkable success as an entrepreneur in the photography industry. He founded and grew the leading graduation and location photography service in the Pacific Northwest, later expanding into a chain of photo studios.

Beyond photography, Wally also co-owned and managed a canola oilseed crushing and biodiesel plant in Western Washington, showcasing his versatility as a business leader across multiple industries.

After 35 years in photography, Wally transitioned into self-storage ownership as part of his retirement goals—finding great fulfillment in continuing to build and operate businesses that deliver value and sustainability.
